Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)

Science College, Konkorada is a coeducational institution that affords equal opportunity to all students. As a significant proportion of our student population consists of female students, it is imperative to prioritize their overall welfare. With this consideration in mind, an internal complaint committee has been established. Men and women work together in an amicable environment, but if there are complaints regarding unwanted physical contacts or advances, requests for sexual favors, sexually tainted remarks, or any other unwanted physical, verbal, or nonverbal expressions of a sexual nature, the matter is addressed and appropriate action is taken. The purpose of this initiative is to raise awareness among students and staff members regarding the importance of actively and conscientiously working towards the prevention of sexual harassment within the college setting. Instances of sexual harassment should be reported to the Committee, which will then proceed to initiate the necessary disciplinary measures in accordance with the college's established rules and regulations.
