The Royal Subject Economics has been started since establish of the college in the year 1981. Ancillary course i.e., Indian Economy -1 & 2 started from the year 2006 affiliated by Berhampur University (BU). For extending the new horizon of education, the HPC of D.H.E, Odisha permitted to open the economics Pass & Honours of this college since 2014 on ward. This hopes to build the excellent product of economies department generation to generation. This subject focuses the luminous power of knowledge which provides the better prosperous future for the students of the department.
